Giving birth to kits is totally fine, but no more than a maximum of four kits per litter. And please, don't have your queen give to many births, expecially one after another.
If the mother or father of the kits wants to roleplay any of them, they get first dibs and must be settled by each other. Any un-roleplayed kits will be put up for adoption, and anyone who wants to roleplay them can.
As listed in the rules, different clan lovers are acceptable. Kits will go or be split into what ever clan the parents deside. But prepare for concequences!
